  Very disappointed with how my membership cancellation was handled. I went to the front desk on 8/18 to cancel, more than 5 weeks before my billing period ended on 9/23, and was told my cancellation request was submitted. On 8/20, I received a voicemail from Carrie saying they had received my cancellation request and wanted to reconfirm. I called back twice but couldn’t get anyone to answer. I’m now being told that I need to pay for another full month and remain a member until October 23 in order to cancel. This is completely unacceptable. I followed the proper process and gave more than enough notice. I should not be responsible for another month because my cancellation was apparently not processed properly especially when there was also a clear lack of communication from the front desk.

  I'm really enjoying the San Ramon facility. Great instructors and reasonable class times that fit my schedule.

  I LOVE Club Pilates! I came to my first class as an out-of-shape, post shoulder surgery woman and get stronger every class. The instructors have modifications if I can't quite do an exercise as demonstrated. By April, my one year anniversary there, I should be much stronger and more fit.

  Hello! 👋 This is Barb Candeub and I live in San Ramon. I have never done Pilates and never had any type of gym membership. I went to the soft opening @ CP in San Ramon in Feb. 2026, signed up, and have gone to 2 classes a week ever since! From day 1 the GM Kerry and her staff have made me feel SO at home and comfortable! 😊 They are all very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable! I’m 66, was doing very little exercise, sit at a desk most of the day, have had knee replacements and even though the classes were challenging for me at first, I have stuck w/ it and look forward to every single class! I am def much stronger & more flexible now & have been walking a lot and doing many exercises at home to enhance on off days. My favorite instructor is Yang Xu - she is wonderful & creative - always changing things up, and has really helped me when I need a little extra time and/or assistance. Zero complaints here! I FIVE STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND Club Pilates San Ramon!!! It is one of my HAPPIEST places and I hope to be attending for many years to come! 😊❤️🙌
