The best way to start (or end) the day. Able to tune out the world for 50 minutes. Since doing pilates I have been able to keep my lower back pain in control. Thank you to all the fantastic instructors - especially Jordan.

Honestly, the floor was super dirty — dust, hair, and even some pet fur — and it looked exactly the same the next day. So clearly, no one bothered to vacuum overnight. It’s kinda gross, especially since we’re literally lying on that floor during class. I really hope they start cleaning more regularly.
