  I have been very pleasently surprised by the professional quality of care I have received from the direct caregivers and the administrative staff at Gentiva. My intake was original pleasant in formative and through . The parameters were clearly presented and any questions answered. My income caregivers are prompt ,frendly and helpful. This experience has far exceeded my expectations.

  The person receiving services from Kindred Care is at his best difficult, controlling and suspicious.The staff and Faye at Kindred care have shown such patience and understanding, slowly establishing trust with the patient so that services to that person could be continued. I recommend Faye and her team highly and thank them for their great services...

  Kindred at Home came into our family’s life with a recommendation from our home health social worker, Kelli, and we have been extremely grateful. Faye, Kindred at Home Manager, was particularly accommodating, supportive and responsive to our family’s needs for our 92 years old father. Our father went through three major surgeries in less than one year, and Faye did an outstanding job in matching our father to his current health care aide, Adriana. Adriana is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and a compassionate caregiver who has been able to offer our father the very best in-home care for the last three months. With great attention to details, Adriana’s specialty is following-up on PT/OT therapy, bathing, cooking, friendship and listening. We feel like we won the lottery with Adriana! In a very short time, she has become a family member and we are very thankful.

  Kindred was very responsive in finding home health assistants for my parents. The staff they sent over were very competent and got their jobs done as needed. In one case, the personality of one of the assistants was not meshing well with my parents and Kindred was helpful in finding a resolution. They are a larger firm, so they are seemingly available all the time.
