Coastwise Counseling Center is a locally owned and operated therapy practice in San Pedro, serving our community since 2013. We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy for adults, teens, and children. Our licensed clinicians use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, tailored to each client. We treat anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
