Scheduling is easy, and they pay attention to what I am experiencing in terms of pain or stiffness on any given day. It's a great help to me and helps me get the most out of my workouts when I stretch with the immediately before or after. As someone living with Parkinson's Disease, the assisted stretch really helps me in ways that I can't stretch on my own and I highly recommend this team if you need similar help.
