  The folks here are incredibly capable, helpful and generous. I highly recommend them if you need any kind of specialized lenses for something like swim goggles, ski goggles, etc. I came here looking for a place that could help grind down the sharp edges on the prescription lenses for my dive mask. The shop where I got the lenses had made a mistake and not polished the edges. They didn't have the tools or know-how in-house to fix it so they'd have to send it out to the lab, and it wouldn't be ready in time for my upcoming snorkelling trip. Site for Sore Eyes was able to do it on the spot in about 15m! And incredibly, they didn't even charge me for the service. It's great that they maintain their own lab and expertise rather than outsourcing everything.

  Highly satisfied with my visit! Dr Lin is professional, kind and respectful and most importantly transparent; she doesn't try to upsell or sneak in charges like some other optometrists do! Great experience.

  My family has been coming for over 10 years. Alex and his team are caring, very professional, and patient. We've never felt rushed to make a purchase, and Alex always helps us find the right frames based on our budget and needs. Shout out to Justin this weekend for helping my husband and me with our glasses.

  Excellent! Greeted with a smile and told to take my time looking at all the fabulous choices in glasses. No rush, or pushy sales people telling you what is right or wrong with your choice. I was never rushed after my choice nor going through the measuring, etc.and I am very happy. She gave me detailed information when it would be ready. Very efficient, intelligent, pleasant experience with this lady.
