- AHAbhishek HottiJun 6, 20264.0Ashley and the doctor saved the exp, or else would've gotten a 1. Just don't go to Daniel as the staff member for your prescription, he is not helpful and rude. I asked him 4 times why he couldn't order the sunglasses in specific format, no reason provided, but when Ashley tried it literally like 1 hour later, it magically worked. I just don't think he tried, he also tried to upsell me on transition when I told him I didn't want it. He just doesn't care abt the customer experience. Literally only gets a 4 Star because of Ashley as the rep and the doctor was very helpful

That call never came on time, so I ended up chasing them down myself, calling again and again just to get an update. When my frames finally came back, the lab had returned them without the lenses, and nobody at the store could tell me why. A whole month gone for an order that still isn't right. If you're hoping they'll stay on top of things, save yourself the trouble
