Dr. Angela was amazing, very friendly, professional, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire experience comfortable and easy to understand. Sandra was also incredibly helpful. I was having a difficult time scheduling another appointment online, and she went above and beyond by calling to confirm the appointments and was even able to include my son on the same day. I truly appreciated her effort and excellent customer service. I also want to recognize the gentleman who helped us, although unfortunately I didn’t get his name. What stood out to me was how patient he was in explaining all of our options. He took the time to make sure we understood everything so we could choose what worked best for us. That kind of service really makes a difference. And lastly, the sweet lady with short hair and glasses was also so friendly, kind, and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
