Amae Health San Mateo provides compassionate, whole-person mental health care for adults with complex conditions such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and first-episode psychosis. In collaboration with Stanford Health Care, our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, health coaches, and peer specialists delivers integrated treatment plans that combine psychiatry, CBT and DBT therapy, holistic health coaching, peer and group therapy, and primary care. Offering both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, our San Mateo clinic helps individuals achieve sustained recovery and improved quality of life. We are conveniently located in San Mateo and are in-network with major commercial insurance providers, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Magellan, and Optum.
