  The hygienists are amazing. Dr. Ross, not so much. He is a nice guy at first, but he is not as good at executing proper dental aesthetics and he seemed to be quick to anger if you pointed anything out that doesn't look quite right. I had an issue at the beginning of covid. I was in the middle of getting a crown, and the temporary crown fell off right when dentists had to close doors for covid. I know that everyone had to shut down, but when endodontists were open, they never mentioned anything to me - they could have installed my crown because the crown was already delivered. They gave me glue to fix it myself, but my enamel doesn't hold foreign stuff well - I ended up splitting my tooth on something because it was not protected with the crown (when you get a root canal it gets shaved down to a little stub - at least thats what happened with my tooth) I ended up having to get my whole tooth extracted and needed an implant in its place. I didn't have insurance, so my 3k root canal was a waist. Then I had to pay out of pocket for the extraction, the new tooth and the installation of a post. The whole thing ended up costing me 13 k. Then when it came time to install the tooth, it looked nothing like my teeth. When I mentioned it, he got angry at me, and I cried. His lovely hygienist was so sweet, giving me tissues and helping me get through it. Its my teeth and I want them to look natural. He ended up replacing, but as it turns out, even though the shape looks better, the color is still off, as another dentist pointed out.

  From opening the door and being greeted by the office staff to treatment by Dr Ross and his team of detail oriented & professional hygienists, I and my family members are truly happy with the care we have received. The office runs on time and has a great electronic appointment reminder system in place.
