  Had a great exam! Front office staff was helpful and pleasant. Even though I don’t have hearing loss that a hearing aid would address at this time, to understand the ringing in my ears was helpful.

  Sheldon has worked very hard to give me the best sound and fit in my hearing aids. I have had miracle ear hearing aids since 2015 and my new ones are by far the best

  Abby and Peter have been so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in the 4 years I have been working with them. Most recently the wire came free from my hearing aid that inserts the receiver in my ear. I called Abby to see if it was fixable or the wire had to be replaced. She said it would be $180 - I said I could not do that right now. She said go ahead and bring it in for her to check out and confirm it was broken and not fixable with existing wire. It was broken. She asked if I could wait a few minutes and she would look at it further in the back office. She came back out shortly and had fixed it with a new wire attached. I cried, I am going through a divorce after 37 years, I am on disability etc. Having it fixed with a "donated" part she found was so kind and above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Abby and Peter to help with you or your families hearing aid needs!

  From the very first visit I was impressed by the individual attention to my specific hearing concerns. Sheldon took the time to explain each test and the time to adjust my hearing aids to my specific needs. This was followed up with a follow up visit to continue to adjust my hearing aids. Followed by another visit in two weeks to continue to work to get my hearing aids adjusted. Miracle Ear wants to provide personal assistance to make sure patients are happy with their purchase, and not just sell you a product with no follow ups.

  My dad transfered to the SLO branch recently and Michelle and Sheldon are amazing! We are so happy with the service and my dad got his new hearing aids today and loves them. They come with free service for life, and the SLO office is really comfortable and nice, so we will be returning there regularly. Thank you!
