ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance Center is Southern California's premier physical therapy, rehabilitation and injury prevention center. Returning your body quickly and safely to optimum, tip-top condition remains our highest priority. We have also instituted Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to detect any movement dysfunction that would indicate a risk for injury, such as ACL tears. FMS is a multi-part evaluation to gauge balance, stability and mobility. Once executed the evaluation allows our certified professionals to administer an individual corrective exercise program.
