They have many great frames, lots of mirrors, easy access to the frames, other color options for displayed frames and no pressure. Walked out with a new pair of glasses on their way to me. I have gone to multiple locations to renew my prescriptions or browse for different frames and got the most out of my experience from warby parker. I was helped by Katelyn, and she broke everything down for me by the different frames i wanted and all the add ons as well as contacts pricing and current promotions. The environment itself is very light and welcoming, and the rest of the staff were very attentive if i was ever curious about some accessories they had.
