- KNKinyetta Nance4 days ago1.0While the gym community feels like family and the recovery tools are great, the actual training and sports therapy are incredibly subpar. After 6 months of heavy training and thousands of dollars invested, the end of my experience left a remarkably sour taste in my mouth. I ultimately had to walk away from 8 separate sessions and cancel my membership due to the environment becoming entirely unworkable. This warning is specifically for the sports therapy services: the practices here are incompetent, deeply unprofessional, and boundary crossing to a degree that poses a serious legal liability for the business. Do not let the religious tropes or marketing fool you, the lack of ethics and professionalism here is staggering. For the price, you can find far superior, high-end, and tactful professional care anywhere else in the Bay Area from Los Gatos to Palo Alto
