  I ordered a pair of Gen 2 glasses and got them about almost a week later. When I arrived the person working didn't greet me and when I mentioned I was picking up some glasses she just handed me a box as if she was annoyed. She didn't put it in a bag, ask me any questions and was just trying to rush me out the door, while only helping the Spanish speaking people. I had to ask for a bag, and she did not explain anything to me.All she said was that it was inspected by a 3rd party which I did not know what she meant by that. This is the 1st time in the last 3 years where I dealt with someone who was unprofessional and rude at this location. I will for sure will not be returning this location anymore and will make sure to lets friends and family know about my experience as well since I spent over $600 on these glasses.

  AMAZING customer service. Professional over the phone when I called and very knowledgeable. When I visited the store in person, it was clean, quiet, and the guy who helped me was very professional and helpful. I am SO SATISFIED with this Optical location. TRULY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!!

  Dr. Wong & his staffs provided excellent service to me on 2/13/26 (from eye exam to contact lens prescription). Highly recommend if you're looking for accurate prescription with a new pair of glass or contact lens with discount.

  Its 9:15am. Sign says they open at 9am. I have already waited since Jan 2nd when I had a recheck and had to get my glasses redone. It took a month for them to come in and when they finally did I was unavailable to get them and now they can't even open in time. Will be the last time I come here if I can even pick up my glasses at this point being the can't seem to be open as they are supposed. May just ask for a refund at this point . I don't have time to keep coming back and forth for them to be at work when they should. Added after employee arrived at 9:25am to open that they don't open until their first appointment. SO how are WE supposed to know when your first appointment is. Need to do waaay better at your signage then as well as what your hours show online. Got my refund as I didnt want to deal with them anymore and taking a risk my new order being wrong. Staff is a 4 star btw cause she knew I was pissed at how things are running there. I honestly would not recommend coming here unless you have no choice. All the times I have dealt with this location over a 3 year time period everytime I go in for my annual check up the labs get my stuff wrong so decided while I waited for them to open this time I was done and got my money back.
