- NNnhung dang (natalie)Feb 12, 20261.0Extremely disappointed with StretchLab Willow Glen. I purchased 16 credits in advance because the staff clearly told me the credits would never expire. That was the only reason I committed to buying a bigger package. Life got busy and I was traveling, and after new management took over, they suddenly took away my credits. I still had 7 credits left, and they were removed with no fair resolution. What makes this even worse is that I wasted so much time going back and forth trying to resolve the issue, and instead of honoring what I paid for, they kept pushing me to buy a new package. Their “solution” was offering me only 5 credits back ONLY if I purchased another package, which is completely unacceptable. So basically, I paid for credits I never got to use, and then they tried to pressure me into spending more money just to get part of what I already paid for. This feels dishonest and unethical. I would not recommend anyone buy packages here unless you want to risk losing your money.
