I came in to adjust my glasses that kept falling off for 4 months and they weren’t even made there. But my ophthalmologist office never had the time to fix what they made. Sophie was absolutely gracious and fixed them in mere minutes, came back twice to check the adjustments, and didn’t even charge me anything. I came back with a champagne and strawberry chocolate bar. I hope she enjoyed her afternoon snack. From now on, only getting my glasses made here!

I was just disappointed because I was told last week by another employee that a certain pair of glasses would be in today, 04/14/2026. I was told today that the release was postponed until the 28th. Not too happy, but Miranda made my experience better. Thank you.

They sent me texts from 3 different numbers to fill out paperwork prior to the appointment even though I'm a returning patient, mind you the links didn't work anyway (redirects you to a invalid number), I got calls from 3 different numbers 6 times (over kill) for a reminder. Customer Service was rude at the front desk too.
