However, when I arrived, I was informed by the office manager that my appointment had been canceled because I did not confirm it by phone. I found this policy frustrating and disappointing. If an appointment is already confirmed through multiple official channels, patients should not risk having their appointment canceled simply because they did not complete an additional phone confirmation. This resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary inconvenience. I believe the office should clearly communicate this requirement in advance and reconsider a policy that allows confirmed appointments to be canceled despite patients receiving confirmation through the website, email, and text messages.

I came in to adjust my glasses that kept falling off for 4 months and they weren’t even made there. But my ophthalmologist office never had the time to fix what they made. Sophie was absolutely gracious and fixed them in mere minutes, came back twice to check the adjustments, and didn’t even charge me anything. I came back with a champagne and strawberry chocolate bar. I hope she enjoyed her afternoon snack. From now on, only getting my glasses made here!
