  I accidentally mixed up my kids’ appointment times and arrived late. Thankfully, the receptionist was very understanding, and they were still able to see my oldest right away. The staff was super friendly and patient with my youngest, who is almost 4 and doesn’t always cooperate. Overall, both my kids had a great experience, and everything went smoothly!

  We’ve been bringing our daughter and son here since they were babies, from their very first dental appointments to now (ages 7 and 4), and we couldn’t be happier with Dr. Suruchi and her team! ❤️ Dr. Suruchi and her staff are exceptional, not just in the care they provide but also in the way they handle the kids and make them feel comfortable. Whether it’s routine checkups or dental procedures, they are always patient, gentle, and reassuring. It makes such a difference as a parent to know your kids are in such good hands! We’re so grateful to have found a dentist we trust and highly recommend Dr. Suruchi and her wonderful team to any family looking for excellent dental care for their little ones!

  My son has anxiety even just thinking about the dentist. I'm so glad I found this practice 7 months ago because the team there is so attentive, supportive & patient. They were able to get all the X-rays & cleaning done while navigating through his gag reflex. His needs and comfort were at the forefront throughout the process. That made him feel seen & heard, earning his trust! Thank you so much to Kids Care Dental & Orthodontic Care for a great experience!

  If your kids are well-behaved and if you (the adult) are respectful (by coming on time and ready), then any type of medical, dental, or vision appointment for your children will be a breeze. This place is no exception. I've been coming for about 4 years. They always send confirmations and reminders. They always send me forms to fill out before coming to the appointment, and if I forget, I have the option to do it there. It's been easy to schedule appointments (4 kids back to back). They let my kids pick what to watch on Disney+. They show and explain X-rays and answer any questions. We just started ortho for one of my kids; they gave him such a neat kit. I never had that kind of kit when I had braces. The front office printed out my insurance info because I forgot which one after my spouse changed jobs. They gave me the clear amount due for the start of ortho. I can pay the balance in full or be billed later. They are filled to the brim with prizes and toys. Parents need to discipline their kids; it will be so much easier taking them to the dentist, sitting in a chair, and not throwing a tantrum. It's not the dentist's or the office's responsibility if your child (or you) can't get through the appointment respectfully.

  My child and I arrived on time for a 3:00 appointment, for which I took him out of school almost ½ hour early. We waited for close to ½ hour to be seen by the technician for x-rays. We were then shown to the dental chair and waited about 10 more minutes to be seen by the hygienist. She arrived and cleaned his teeth in about 10 minutes, and then we waited again 10-15 minutes for the dentist herself to come in. The hygienist came back and said before he could see the dentist, the my child needed more x-rays. My child accompanied her to the X-ray area. He returned and then wore waited for around 20 more minutes for the dentist to see him. My child kept asking how long we had to wait until we could leave. The dentist checked him for about 4 minutes, and said everything looked good. For a 15-minute cleaning, it took two full hours there, as we left at about 5:00! The dentist at Kid’s Care is good, but their business infrastructure is extremely poor. There is one assistant at the front desk, and there were three of us waiting just to check in while she dealt with an issue with a customer. Their billing department is a mess. I have inquired in person three times about money that is owed back to my account, and have been told each time that someone will get back to me (now for over a year), and no one has. Beware of this office. It is poorly run, although the dentist is very nice and competent.
