  Terrible customer service! The staff at this location refused to process my return using my order number, making up an excuse that they strictly required a paper receipt. He said he can’t find information in the system. Because of their unhelpful attitude, I had to waste 40 minutes on the phone with GNC customer support to sort it out. Right after that, I went to the GNC at the Great Mall, and they processed my return immediately with absolutely no issues. Don't be fooled by their fake friendliness at the door—their actual service attitude is awful. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store at all costs. Go to the Great Mall location instead!

  A bit disappointing. The store was closed (during operating hours) because the cash register wasn't working. I asked the employee if they carried a specific supplement - which he said he did - and when I returned later in the day, they didn't carry it.

  I work in the area and always come for a quick Bang or energy drink and theyre always on "lunch break" dont go between the hours of 5pm-7pm... guess they dont have enough employees to stay open through out their whole store hours. Highly dissapointed in this GNC
