I was really disappointed by one of the front desk staff who “couldn’t find” my insurance and suggested I just apply for reimbursement, after I told her multiple times I had the group number for her to look up. Finally I said that won’t work for me can you please look up my group number instead and lo and behold, she found it that way. Maybe she was still training but if she couldn’t find it and genuinely needed help she could have asked a colleague or taken my group number from the beginning. 🤷♀️just something to be aware of.
