I’ve been coming since they opened, it’s great in a sense that it’s close to workplace and the class time is convenient. If you just want to sweat off and workout, this is a great place, staff is friendly and space is clean. However, the class itself is not the best. I’ve been working out w cyclebar since 2016 in various locations and the classes here a much lower energy than any other CycleBar or spin class I’ve taken. I’d say it gear more toward beginners and the instructors are not experienced. The pace and the music are a bit all over the place. The biggest feedback I have for the place is the music. It’s a bit of a snooze fest oldies music. I have a friend who comes here w me for a while and she thought the same thing. I wrote this review after a 60 mins June tenth class and almost passed out half way cause the music is so boring. There is no drop or any hype music, it’s rock and girly pop songs that have just one monotone beat. Some of the slow music for active recovery is even worse… the class energy is not as hype and I think they could do much better if the classes are not so lazy with curating good music.

I haven’t been to a cyclebar in a long long time. Front staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. I mentioned I hadn’t been in a long time and that I signed up through class pass. Class pass doesn’t let you pick your spot/bike. A staff member helped me set up the bike, so there was plenty of opportunity to tell me that the computer for the bike was not working. After the class I mentioned to the front desk that bike 38’s screen wasn’t working. They replied, oh we’ve been having issues with that one... I mentioned I wasn’t able to pick with class pass. She said you can switch a bike when you arrive…. If you know it doesn’t work, then block it off. It sucked not being able to see any stats about my ride. And the class wasn’t full, so I could have switched. How would any new person know a bike is bad? Read a bunch of reviews and hope the number comes up and then check and switch at check in??? I ended up renting shoes, it would have been at least good customer service to waive the fee as I paid after class and mentioning the issue.

this is my favorite cycle bar station because they are so helpful and so uplifting. It’s always been a superb experience and Kate called out my name to support when I was struggling and I was surprised and actually really happy 😭!!! I love this cycling space! Worth every penny and the calories burn means a quick run to Whole foods is always rewarding.
