  I came into my first class was running late and I did not receive the waiver email and no one could help me at the front desk. The girl at the front had no knowledge of what were my options and could not check me in. She wanted me to come to the 8 am class but I told her I have a child that I had already left babysitting so that’s not an option. Wouldn’t say bad customer service on her part but there were answers that were simple enough I couldn’t get a straight answer to. I know there are policies and I wouldn’t mind but she gave hope to get onto the next class but didn’t know how to help me. I wasted another hour waiting for her to finish the class to tell me she still couldn’t help me. That’s what’s upsetting. They open at 6am yet if you have an issue no one can help me until 8am by that time I already lost the time I have to workout which my time is incredibly valuable at this stage in my life. Wish they were more lenient with mothers at-least the first time visiting their studio.

  Loving this studio so far! I availed their Black Friday promo and really appreciated how clearly the policies were explained before I signed the agreement. I’ve also enjoyed working out with Aeriol — she makes Reformer Level 1 feel both fun and surprisingly challenging! Update: also tried working out with Rhea, Kaleigh and Amy.. they are all AMAZING!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hopefully you guys will add more classes on weekends!

  I’m new here and I love it! All of the instructors are very supportive. Their policies and rules are set out clearly and in black-and-white. Thank you Mikaella, Keleigh and Rhea for rocking it!

  I absolutely love my Pilates studio! The variety of classes offered ensures that there’s always something new and challenging to try. All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making every session both effective and enjoyable. The studio itself is always welcoming and impeccably clean, creating a perfect environment for a great workout. Plus, the app to sign up or cancel classes is super easy to use, adding to the overall convenience. Highly recommend!

  Great studio, staff and classes. Love the variety, and I feel great after every class. It’s a small group setting which allows the instructors to guide on form and technique. I also appreciate that the instructors are knowledgeable, the studio is very clean and the location is convenient. Classes can fill up fast, because they are small. But, using the app makes it easy to book ahead and link to your calendar.
