I had never tried barre before and Cassy the instructor was super welcoming on my first day and led a great class that was challenging and fun. Since then, I’ve tried classes with 7 other instructors and every one of them has been terrific. The reception staff is also very welcoming. The studio and equipment is very clean and modern with a wonderful vibe. I am now going to get a membership and highly recommend this particular studio!

It’s fun to find your favorite style. Some also do breath work at the end which is my favorite way to end a class. I always look forward to these classes and have brought all my friends too.
