  I absolutely love this yoga studio. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive, which makes it easy to feel comfortable no matter your experience level. My favorite class is Warm Vinyasa Flow—the room is warm but not overly hot, which is perfect for moving and breathing with ease. The instructors are amazing: knowledgeable, supportive, and truly committed to helping students grow both physically and mentally. I always leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Michael the owner is very opened to feedback and always trying to make your experience better. Thank you Balance Yoga Staff for always being a welcoming home to decompress and help stay healthy and get stronger.

  Many years ago I went to this yoga studio and really loved it, with their recent reopening I decided it was time to get back to yoga. I was pretty nervous about going back, feeling a bit stiff and out of shape as a 50 year old woman, I decided it was something that was a gift to myself to get back in there. I'm so glad that I did, it's a very friendly and easy environment. The teachers are very supportive and will help you out no matter where you are in your abilities. I feel refreshed and happy after leaving every class. The space is very nice and clean, nice locker rooms with showers etc. Highly recommend!
