- SCSarah CheaAug 9, 20245.0BYC changed my life for good and it happened at such a pivotal time in my life. I was working out at home during the pandemic, and it was great. I stayed in shape and got stronger, but I was missing a hot studio experience to really sweat it out. The only time I could fit it into my schedule were the early morning Inferno Hot Pilates classes at 5:45AM. I was dreading waking up so early in the morning, but decided to go in for a 1 week unlimited. The 1 week trial turned into monthly unlimited, to taking teacher's training, to now teaching hot pilates at my favorite studio!! :) I cannot say enough how this studio and the community have impacted my life in such a positive way. Thank you to Michael, the amazing instructors, and awesome students for truly being the highlight of my day. I am in full and complete gratitude for you all! :)

Not only the facility is clean and nice, but the owner and teachers are so encouraging that make you part of their family. Now I am coming almost as a daily basis. Highly recommended.

How long are the contracts?
Weekly recurring plans require at least 24 hours' notice before cancellation to avoid a fee equal to one week of membership dues.
Month-to-month subscription plans require 30 days' notice before cancellation to avoid a $49 cancellation fee.

Can I share my subscription?
Memberships are intended for individual use and cannot be shared with others.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pausing your subscription allows you to retain your current membership rate.
Weekly memberships are not eligible for pauses.
Monthly memberships, including both 6-month and month-to-month plans, may be paused.
A $10 processing fee applies to each pause request.
To request a pause, email memberships@balanceyogacenteronline.com. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) and a maximum of 3 months.
Can I change my membership?
You may change your membership plan at any time during your current term.
A $10 service fee applies to membership changes.

What happens to my unused monthly classes?
Any unused classes from your monthly membership do not carry over to the following month.
What happens if I run out of my monthly classes?
If you use all the classes included in your monthly subscription, you can purchase additional classes for $25 each until your membership renews the following month.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds.
Do 10-class packs expire?
Yes. A 10-class pack expires 6 months after purchase.
