I had back lipo/flanks with fat transfer BBL done with Dr. Ereso. I will say I loved my initial results, and being 11 weeks out I mostly still like what I’m seeing. However there are spots of fat that I believed I had been lead to believe would be gone that are not gone at this time. I thought with swelling they would have disappeared, it has not. The contour is also not as great as what I had thought despite following all post op instructions and being extra/overly careful. Staff was very kind before, during, and after the procedure. They all ensured I was comfortable and treated me respectfully. Dr. Checked on me day after procedure, but did not respond to my message with follow up questions. Minimal post op information was provided, so research on my own was very necessary. Airsculpt does not recommend lymphatic massages after your procedure, however you are going to need them to reduce tightness and swelling. I do see a difference in my body and didn’t have any adverse reactions, but for the price tag I would like to have had better post op care and have had all areas discussed treated.

RUN. Even if you have already given them money. RUN. It will be a small price to pay compared to the consequences of going through with AirSculpt.
I wish some of these reviews had been posted when I was considering AirSculpt, which is why I'm here. This is the first negative review I have ever posted anywhere, and the first of many I will share on every possible platform to try to save people from the same permanent damage I will endure for the rest of my life.
I'm in the process of suing AirSculpt and Dr. Ereso, as well as reporting them to the Medical Board of California. Their practices are unprofessional and, even more importantly, unethical. They violate their first oath, to "do no harm." Dr. Ereso did significant harm to my body when I came to AirSculpt for arm liposuction a year ago. The procedure itself was a traumatic experience. Their claim of "no needles" is laughable. You receive pain meds injected through a needle so that you can then have the bizarre experience of seeing, hearing and feeling the pressure of what amounts to a long knitting needle being shoved repeatedly and violently into your body. But that's not the worst part. Dr. Ereso overly aggressive and imprecise technique resulted in heavy scarring (fibrosis), deep irregular contours, and one arm noticeably smaller than the other. In my final six month appointment he admitted my arms were "unsightly" and defended himself by saying that he barely saw me until a few minutes before the procedure and couldn't have known if I was a good candidate or not. He also admitted that the surge in GLP1 use has brought them cases that result in revisions about half of the time because they should have had brachioplasty procedures instead. Yes, my husband and I both heard him say those words out loud.
I'm now receiving treatment from a world class surgeon in San Francisco who, at my first appointment, said I was the third AirSculpt patient coming to him for revision in just a matter of days. He can help me to some extent, but has been honest in telling me that some of the damage is permanent. I wish I had gone to him in the first place. For only $2K more I could have had: a world class surgeon who is a leader in his field, two thorough and in-person pre-operative consultation appointments with my surgeon (a novel idea!), an anesthesiologist so I didn't have to endure a grotesque procedure that should NEVER be done with local anesthesia, daily post-operative texts for a week and quick personal response to any text sent at nearly any time, proper guidance for post-operative care including lymphatic massage, and...beautiful results. Instead, I will be hiding my arms for the rest of my life and living with the pain of regret.
AirSculpt lures you in with slick ads and false promises that their way of doing things is easier. It is - EASIER FOR THEM. Don't be fooled. RUN.

My results were terrible. I thought I was treating myself by paying twice the national average for liposuction.
I thought I was doing something good for myself by choosing something that was supposed to be more gentle
The reality was, I felt absolutely everything, and it was torture
Their surgeon left the surgery early… and rushed through the last hour. I believe he did this because I was in so much pain, but regardless, I was not left with the results that I was promised.
After leading me on for months, they refused a refund of any sort.
They acknowledge that the deformity that I was left was actually a result of their doctors mistake.
Which they expect ME to pay to have fixed. This company is a scam. I paid 29k!!

My dr in my procedure was Dr Ereso ..
Dont Know why they took my review down but i’m guessing they dont want to hear the truth about their horrible work. But i will keep putting it so no-one goes through what i went through .May2025 i went here wil big hopes happy and ready to change my image to gain my self esteem back and my body back since i had a C-Section i wasn’t so happy with my image when looking in the mirror. I went here and got info.. they explained the procedure and i wanted fat removal/ transfer to buttocks and tightened my abdomen so my baby pooch could be gone total $25,0000 . Wanting so bad to look myself again in the mirror and feel like ME again was at that moment priceless… Now is worst decision of my life money wise and body wise i since week 1 i mention to dr of a bump pooping out next to my belly and he ignore me said just massage it it’ll be better or we could do tummy tuck next which of course i did not agree. Instead of him fixing it as what any good dr would of done he just ignore it . im now 10months now and wanna know how’s everything, here we go uneven hips abdomen one side only look tight other side normal . the bump pooping out comes to be an instant hernia due to a rupture during the procedure. Now i battle any GI dr helping me due to it was done by this cosmetic procedure. I feel even more worst when i see in the mirror i feel i should off never done this . they give false advertisement. They should say the truth that It will take long time to heal is not next day your normal its false you dont feel the procedure if i felt it all the way , its alot of money in massages . Please women dont go here is the worst experience of my life and till now i wanted my medical record released to me an they denied it 2 times . weird right?? I uploaded a picture so you can see how my stomach looks with that bump cause by the procedure , no flat tight abdomen worth $25,000 here . worst experience ever .

Is AirSculpt® invasive?
AirSculpt® is minimally invasive and does not require general anesthesia. Patients are fully awake during the procedure, and most return to normal activity within 24 to 48 hours, making it a popular choice for body sculpting in San Jose.
Am I a good candidate for AirSculpt®?
If you are over 18 and have localized areas of stubborn fat, you may be an ideal candidate. AirSculpt® is especially popular among women planning a mommy makeover in San Jose who want to restore their pre-pregnancy shape without invasive surgery.
How is AirSculpt® different from traditional liposuction?
AirSculpt® offers precision fat removal without general anesthesia, with less trauma to surrounding tissues and faster recovery. For those comparing body sculpting options in San Jose, it is a safer and more comfortable alternative to traditional lipo.
How many AirSculpt® treatments are needed per area?
Typically, one session per area is sufficient, as the fat is permanently removed. Many San Jose body contouring patients choose to treat multiple areas during the same visit for comprehensive results.
How long is the downtime or recovery?
Most patients resume work or normal routines within one to two days. A compression garment is worn for about two weeks to reduce swelling and support shaping.
How much does AirSculpt® cost?
Pricing depends on the area being treated and the amount of fat removed. Whether you are planning a mommy makeover in San Jose or focusing on a single area, your provider will offer a personalized quote during consultation.
Can I use someone else’s fat for a fat transfer?
No. All AirSculpt® fat transfer procedures must use your own fat. This applies to patients undergoing natural enhancement as part of a San Jose mommy makeover.
How long do I wear a compression garment after fat transfer?
You should wear the garment for 48 hours continuously following the procedure, then daily for the next two weeks. This helps minimize swelling and supports proper shaping.
What’s included in a Full Abdominal AirSculpt®?
This treatment includes the upper and lower abdomen, waist, and love handles. It is a key component of many mommy makeover San Jose treatment plans aimed at restoring the core.
Can I treat just one area?
Yes. You can choose to target a single zone, such as the chin, arms, or thighs, or combine multiple areas in a full-body sculpting San Jose session for more dramatic results.
Can I lose my double chin completely?
Many patients experience a significant or full reduction of the double chin. AirSculpt® is a precise, minimally invasive alternative to chin liposuction in San Jose, offering natural contouring with minimal recovery.
How bad is bruising after a chin procedure?
Bruising is generally mild to moderate and fades within one to two weeks. Aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure smooth healing.
How long does a Chin AirSculpt® procedure take?
Chin AirSculpt® typically takes 20 to 40 minutes. It is a quick, effective option for facial contouring in San Jose with little interruption to your schedule.
Do you treat areas above the chin (cheeks, eyelids, etc.)?
No. AirSculpt® is designed to treat the submental area under the chin only.
What does Chin AirSculpt® feel like?
Patients describe it as a light vibration, similar to an electric toothbrush. It is well tolerated without the need for general anesthesia.
Can older adults get AirSculpt®?
Yes. Many San Jose patients in their 50s and 60s choose AirSculpt® to refine areas like the neck, arms, and abdomen without undergoing invasive surgery.
How long should I wait to get AirSculpt® after childbirth?

You may continue breastfeeding until your procedure, but you will need to pause afterward until cleared by your provider.
What part of the arms are treated with AirSculpt®?
AirSculpt® treats the entire upper arm from the elbow to the armpit, including bra roll and underarm fat. It is a common area of concern for body sculpting in San Jose.
Is there enough fat in the arms for a transfer?
Arm fat may be suitable for small-volume fat transfers but is usually not enough for larger volume procedures. Your provider will determine this during consultation.
How much fat can be removed from the arms?
The amount varies based on your goals and anatomy. Your provider will create a plan that ensures safe and effective results during your San Jose body contouring consultation.
