StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Embarcadero offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

She’s extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and her passion for stretching really shows in our sessions. She also gives me helpful exercises to do at home so I can continue working on my trouble areas between sessions. Since I started working with her, I’ve noticed improved mobility and flexibility that have made a real difference in my golf game.

Most recently I have been seeing Flexologist Sumit, and he is a master at his craft. Having trained as a martial arts competitor, he really knows the human body and helps me tremendously to get the deepest possible stretches using precise breathing techniques. I highly recommend StretchLab to anyone who wants to be more flexible and balanced!
