I love this place. I signed up before they opened and the stretchologist that they have are so trained. And so kind I mean just when you walk in the energy is just so good. I recommend this place 1000%. I go every Saturday I’m about to increase it to Wednesdays cause I enjoy it and I feel so good and I’m actually recovering from a spinal cord injury, and it’s helping me to regain my mobility by having those stretches twice a week so get in there get that good energy get that good feeling and get that good Stretch

Great experience with Aryaan! He was friendly, professional, easygoing, and a great communicator. He did an excellent job working on my trigger points and areas of tension. I felt a noticeable difference afterward. Highly recommend Aryaan!

I have been experiencing joint pain for over a month and it disappeared almost overnight. Justin, at STRECH LAB CASTRO, gave me a 30 minute stretch and resistance session that moved my body in ways impossible for me to do on my own . I’ve seen several trainers there and found them all to be competent professionals. My partner and I enjoy our sessions there, and they strengthen our bodies and support bone density and joint stability too.

When the owner let me know they were opening in Castro, I was so excited. But it took me forever to make time and go. Such a mistake on my end. The experience AMAZING! The location is so convenient and the space is awesome, with all the tools they need to get you moving and stretched. Aryana was also a super cool chill guy that was fun to talk to, and went the extra mile! I will 10000% be coming back and making this a routine in self care. As a very active lifter, I didn’t know how much I needed this.

I had a really great experience at StretchLab. The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand the specific issues I was having instead of just giving me a standard stretch routine I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive they were throughout the session. I could tell they genuinely understood the problems I was experiencing and adjusted the stretches based on what my body needed. I felt much more relaxed and flexible afterward, and my body felt noticeably better.
