This time a different dentist is telling me $5000 to fix the teeth. This is the most amount of money I've ever heard for something like this and I am really stressed about it
- ICIlgu ChaMar 25, 20261.0As a customer who has been coming to this place for over 10 years, I recently had an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, there have been frequent changes in dentists. On several occasions, I was recommended what I believe were unnecessary treatments, which ultimately led me to proceed with a deep cleaning. At the time, the dentist explained that most fillings would be covered by insurance and even suggested that some could be free, which influenced my decision. However, I ended up having to pay a significant amount out of pocket. The billing staff claimed they had provided a price range in advance, but the final charge was more than double that estimate. They also insisted that I had been informed of the expected cost prior to the procedure. In reality, I only received one voicemail and an email sent to an email address I used 10 years ago, so I never had a fair opportunity to fully understand or review the costs before the treatment was carried out. Although I was asked to sign documents related to the cost before the procedure, there was little to no explanation—it felt like I was simply being told to sign. Their response afterward was that they followed protocol and completed the process as required. The entire experience felt cold and impersonal, and I strongly believe this clinic recommends unnecessary treatments. I will not be returning.
