  Nice location and have had some genuinely great classes here, however - the Friday 9:30am with Steph is consistently canceled or subbed extremely last minute. Why keep this time slot with the current instructor when riders are going to show up and be disappointed?

  I love soulcycle, one of my favorite workouts. I was visiting SF with friends and we decided to do a class on Union Street. Our one friend was new to soul cycle and needed some help at the front to set up her account. The staff were rude and very short with her, even going as far as to roll their eyes. When we asked to move bikes to be closer, they messed up and double booked the one bike. Lastly, when they set up my friend on the bike, they didn’t properly tighten the handlebars, and I noticed mid workout and try to fix it. Luckily, our instructor Jacq was great and helped when she saw. We had a great workout, however, the staff made me sad that my friend had that experience as her first time. No one should feel shamed for not knowing when they are trying something new for the first time. I love soulcycle and go often in my home location, and never had any issues. I hope the Union street staff have a better attitude next time.
