  Great venue and great class. I've done spin classes before years ago but never Soul Cycle. I don't know the terminology and the music was really loud when I came to check in. They asked if I was "dropping in" and I said I didn't know what that was. I didn't catch what they said but then they said are you a new rider. So I said yes and the price was different than the promo class I saw online. When I mentioned it the person seemed irritated and said, "that's why I asked if you're dropping in". Said I'm sorry I didn't know what that was and she said that's why she mentioned the promo class after but I must have not heard it. I get I made a mistake and she had to redo the order but maybe keep the door to the current class closed to keep the music a little muffled? The rest of the interaction was really tense and I almost walked out because she was annoyed with me. But I really love spin and wanted to give this a try since moving here. I'm on the fence if I'll return or just buy a peloton instead 😅.

  Great, positive energy and helpful, friendly staff. It was my first time and I had the best experience. Molli was the instructor and she kept me smiling throughout the whole class, even through the pain. Claire was so sweet and made sure to walk me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. I'd come again!
