  Utterly useless optometrists. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and it was only after I arrived that they let me know they don't supply Rigid Gas Permeable contact lenses. They wasted my time and lost a customer. Don't use them.

  Great experience! I have gone here for two years and received professional service every time. If you need help with aesthetics, talk to Jim. He is as knowledgeable as they come with helping you pick the right pair to match your facell and also to match your pocket book. He learned the trade after all from his father! 😊😊

  Sold me a pair of rimless glasses which went all loose and fell apart after just a few months. Came in and the guy told me I'd "put two years of wear on them in 6 months". Mind you I've had rimless glasses for more than 4 years already and never had this kind of problem. After I pressured them about the warranty (which they didn't offer to do themselves?) they replaced the frames, which went loose after about two weeks. Brought them in again and the sales guy said they didn't have the technician there to fix them and heard him being snarky with a coworker about how "it's his second time [bringing them in]". Now I have a pair of unwearable glasses. Two stars instead of one because the optometrist I worked with was a delight.
