He helped repair them back into shape. He was extremely kind and helpful. If you need help at alll, come see him, highly recommend :)

Disclaimer that I do understand LensCrafters claims no responsibility for servicing on outside lenses. My glasses nose pad unexpectedly broke on the last day of my trip. Lo and behold, many LensCrafters locations offer the quick fix I needed. Upon waiting 1hr and then picking up my glasses with new nose pads, my lenses were dirty AND significantly scratched. I want this review to simply warn others that this location does not own up to their mistakes. I would have appreciated if Lydia Nutty (?) pointed out the scratch, or even to wipe my glasses clean as other LensCrafters locations do. Scratches are clearly from improper use of a screwdriver when placing the nose pad back in place. What a shame that the employees, namely Lydia, do not respect the work they do.

All communication was proactive. I had requested to be altered about my sunglasses asap after they arrive, and when the staff brought out the box in front of me, I noticed that these instructions were also written on the order slip as a reminder by the staff. Great experience.
