When I tried to book another exam, they cancelled it and said "those appointments are only for new customers" and then offered times that didn't work for me as the only alternative. Just rude customer service, bad experience, hope the place goes out of business.
- CECarrie EngSep 14, 20265.0I was originally going to book with another nearby optometrist, but they were fully booked. I called LensCrafters and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Check in was quick and everyone was friendly. I happened to wake up with a swollen eye the morning of my appointment. Dr. Jenny Huynh was my optometrist, and she was one of the most thorough eye doctors I’ve ever had. Not only did she perform my routine eye exam, but she also took the time to look into what could have caused the swelling. She was gentle throughout the entire exam. Usually when I get eye drops at the optometrist, they end up running down my face, but somehow Dr. Huynh got just enough in my eyes without them spilling everywhere. What really took me by surprise was that her staff called me two days later to follow up on my swollen eye, which I had honestly already forgotten about. I really appreciated that extra level of care and attention. Thank you, Dr. Huynh, for being so thorough and for following up!
