I declined to save the extra charge not covered by insurance. She said i should pay it so she doesn't have to torture me. Then she proceeded to torture me. I have had over 15 glaucoma tests in my life and that last one was 3x as painful as any before. Ridiculously long. Unbearable, I had to stop. I am going to have to say it was intentional.
