Purchased my sunglasses at LensCrafters and Eileen was a great help and provided excellent service. She has good knowledge of the products and made the shopping experience at LensCrafters very pleasant.

I had a very frustrating experience with this LensCrafters location. My eye exam itself went well, but everything after that was extremely disorganized. I specifically asked the front desk to update my address before placing my contact lens order, and was assured it had been changed. Despite that, my order was shipped to my old address. After calling to fix the issue, I was told a new order would be sent to the store for pickup. When I followed up again, I was told the order had arrived but they couldn’t find it. I even went in person, and staff still couldn’t find it. Eventually, I was told the order was lost and needed to be reordered. Due to the repeated issues and lack of communication, I requested a refund, which was processed. However, today I got a call saying my order was ready—despite already canceling and being refunded. This really reflects a lack of internal coordination and attention to detail. Overall, the customer service and order management process were very disappointing. I shouldn’t have had to follow up multiple times for something that should have been straightforward.

I returned to LensCrafters two weeks after my eye exam to purchase some new glasses. Upon entering the store I was quickly greeted by a staff member and asked how he could be of assistance. His name was Mamraj and he was very helpful in taking me through the various options and prices available. The service was friendly and efficient and there was no pressure to purchase "extras", although several were offered. I have been coming to this office for many years and I have never been disappointed with the service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
