  Attended pilates reformer class tonight and had a great instructor, Kari. Worked on core, legs, back and arms. My third week and I feel the soreness. She definitely worked the entire body. Easy to follow and she is a great instructor!

  Had a fantastic first experience with Christina! I was a little nervous because it was also my first Pilates experience ever. The space is beautiful, light filled, clean, and welcoming. Christina gave great instruction and made we feel very comfortable. I’m currently looking into memberships now 😊 They offer a variety of options and I’m trying to decide if the local studios or nationwide passport will work best for me! Looking forward to my next Pilates sess 💕

  She is teach way too fast and I am new student here she can’t wait to help me out I can each the roop she can’t help me out to be tinnrifht track I am Not like her teach this class be honest I pay for the class but I don’t receive the good treatment in this class I feel I am not worth to pay to join in
