I like the class but I needed more support and how to use some of the equipment because it was my first time using the equipment. The Teacher asked and I stated it’s my first time, but she was using the equipment on the other end and I couldn’t really see how she was using it. That was first half of the class.
I also wish the teachers introduced themselves, and maybe made it little more personal. It would Make you feel more Welcomed

When I was attending only the 1.0 classes and it was my first experience with Pilates, I was actually really happy with the studio. But when I decided to move to the 1.5 classes, I realized how hard it was to book them. Either there were no spots left, or if you looked 2–3 weeks ahead, the schedule wasn’t consistent, or you needed approval to join a class. It became really hard and stressful to fit Pilates into my schedule, and that was the main reason I decided to cancel my membership after my 3-month commitment.
I first tried to manage my membership through the app. After spending quite a bit of time there, I found out I actually had to email or call them. I even tried to cancel in person after class, but guess what? They told me I had to email.
SO I EMAILED.
I got a reply reminding me about the 30-day cancellation policy and saying I had to fill out a cancellation request form. The link they sent was broken. The PDF they attached was from 2020 and wasn’t even fillable. I replied that I wasn’t aware of the 30-day cancellation policy and asked them to resend a working link or an updated form.
And then… no one responded.
So I called the studio, only to be told that ONLY THE ADMIN CAN RESPOND TO EMAILS and I just have to wait.
Guys, I don’t care when your admin is scheduled to work. That’s not my problem. My problem is that you’ve made the cancellation process so frustrating, and after almost a week I’m still waiting for a response because of your own broken system.
It’s 2026. Canceling a Pilates membership shouldn’t feel like I’m trying to close a billion-dollar bank account.
I’d never recommend this studio to anyone.
