The two clinicians were friendly and worked together well. They were able to manage the insurance information quickly and accurately. The optician was friendly and had a wonderful smile. Things went very smoothly and there was no stress in the examination. I’m very happy with the service and with the friendly attitude of the staff.

But unfortunately she wasn’t there yesterday and this optometrist had no patience helping my 7 year old daughter who keep in mind is a well behaved girl and very kinds. But this optometrist didn’t make anyone feel welcome, it felt like she didn’t want to be at work or even engage. I don’t expect to much but some simple manners and integrity is the least you can have especially after charging me $300 even after my insurance covered half. So instead of $600 I paid $300 but I definitely won’t be going back but the staff upfront were awesome 👏 at least they helped out.
