StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab San Dimas offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because while I was in the studio waiting to get my stretch, Cynthia was working with another client and there was a lot of chatter in the front of the studio by the other workers and front desk people. The peaceful vibe created by Cynthia, as well as her attention to detail and thoughtfulness about the craft is something really special and I find her to be one of the best.
- MHMurriel HaysSep 10, 20265.0I love this place! I wish they could tint the windows but unfortunately their lease prohibits it, I asked🤷🏾♀️. Lauren is awesome. I get all my stretches with her and she definitely pushes my muscles. I was an athlete for many years up until 2 years ago when I tore/ruptured my Achilles tendon. They stretches are very thorough and they talk and explain its purpose. Yes, they definitely put you in some compromising positions but they're getting those muscles you've forgotten about. The Stretchlab crew are ALL extremely helpful, very friendly, but most importantly professional! I even signed my dad up and he loves it. I recommend this place!
