I’ve been taking classes here for about 2 months and they are amazing. All the instructors are super welcoming, motivating and fun. They are always adding to their routines so it changes it up each time you go to class avoiding any monotony. The staff as you come in are always happy to see you and welcome you on a first-name basis. I would highly recommend coming here! 😊🤙🏻

Talita kept a smooth flow with her instructions though I felt her class lacked emotional warmth because everything was lead with directives. I like when instructors inspire their students to push themselves, or when add an element of presence, intention, and gratitude. Yoga to me, seems more complete when mind, body and spirit are felt in a practice.

I really enjoyed going to YogaSix on the weekends for the sculpt classes. The best instructors, enjoyable atmosphere, and clean facilities. Really enjoy going every week. Sign up for the monthly Yoga mat service, it makes everything so easy and enjoyable.
