  Kajal is an exceptional yoga teacher. She embodies the yoga spirit and enjoy her routines. It’s both mind & body experience truly. Can tell it’s a lifestyle not just someone going through a routine.

  YogaSix Scripps Ranch is a welcoming studio with a variety of yoga classes for everyone! I appreciate the cold face towels at the end of class scented with essential oils. I also like the low colorful lighting in the classes and the instructors, and props. Y6 is a great place to practice yoga and mindfulness.

  Kajal’s restorative class is high quality soul food! People fall asleep! I really appreciate how intentional Kajal is, I love when she says “give yourself a big juicy squeeze!” I always feel so so so much better after her class. Restorative yoga with Kajal melts tension away blissfully!
