  This review is regarding the delivery of my prescription sunglasses. If you live in an apartment or condo complex that requires a code to enter the building, I would definitely avoid having anything delivered to you. I left specific delivery instructions, none of them were followed. I should’ve known better when I found out DoorDash was handling the delivery, since their drivers never seem to read even the simplest instructions. Instead of making sure the package was delivered somewhere secure, they just left it outside the building. By the time I got home from work, it had already been stolen. I even left my phone number in the instructions to contact me if they had any issues. Really frustrating experience, especially when I went out of my way to provide clear instructions.

  Came in today to get my glasses adjusted they seem to be falling off my face for some reason. They just didn’t feel like they were when I bought them. This is not the store that I originally came to, but I stopped by anyways. Jair was helpful. I walked out of here with a brand new barrel glasses thank you. Great customer service. I’ll come back to the store.

  Had a great experience at Warby Parker today for my contact lens exam! The staff was friendly, communicative, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. The doctor was knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

  I finally decided to take my sister’s advice on going to Warby Parker and boy I should have visited sooner! I had my full eye exam and my experience was amazing from the start. The provider is great! He is very thorough and answered all of my questions. The staff were all AMAZING! Everyone is so knowledgeable and willing to help. They actually look happy at what they are doing it’s wonderful. We mostly worked with Connor, I think that’s his name. Anyhow we could not stop talking with him. He was so helpful and made it easy to pick out our frames. I will be a forever customer, just like my sister. Highly recommend this location!

  This experience could not have been more magical! I went in for lenses and frames. Came out with vision of real people and a frame of mind that a mundane errand can turn into the highlight of my day. The staff was knowledgeable, relatable and showed genuine care. My eyes will be happy, and I “see” myself returning in the future. Thank you to the entire staff with an emphasis on Sandra and Carrie who laughed with me, made me smile and took extra care to make sure everything was on point. I would give 6 stars if the option was available.
