  Quinton at the Fashion Valley store was very friendly and helpful. He suggested the frames I ultimately chose and filed a claim for my vision benefits. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

  Best experience ever at Warby Parker fashion Valley! The staff there was amazing very knowledgeable funny, sweet just a great experience. Would definitely only get my glasses there again.

  Store experience is great, but man I ordered glasses 5 weeks ago and they send me an email it will take 2 weeks which is perfectly fine. Two weeks pass by, I get an email your glasses did not pass quality test, so we have to redo them. After that no email or update, I follow up two weeks later on Saturday and they relay give us 24-48 hours to give you an update. I follow up Sunday and Monday and I get the same response again with give us 24-48 hours with no timeline when I will receive them. This would have been my 3rd pair of eye glasses with them and the management in customer service didn't even try to make it right and I had to unfortunately ask for a refund. It disappointing when you are a return customer and they do not make you fill appreciated by investigating the delay, offering nothing meaningful and/or explaining the problem.

  This is an important trip coming up. I'm an amateur photographer, require polarized image for myself looking at the Swiss Alps. Thank you for reasonable cost, superb fit and excellent service.

  The associates were pleasant and informative, but not pushy. The store was busy with about 5 customers shopping frames, but I was helped immediately once I decided on my frames. My insurance benefits were applied and the final price was very reasonable.
