  The Warby Parker store in the Del Mar Highlands shopping center was convenient on a Sunday morning. I already had my prescription and walked in and it took about 15 minutes start to finish. There were 3 people availabIe to help. I asked for new eye measurements and they did it by tablet and by hand. I also chose new frames. The cost was competitive and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this store.

  The staff at Del Mar Highlands are all very kind and knowledgeable. For my eye exam, Dr. Nguyen was very patient, attentive, and a great listener. The exam itself was quick (~20-25 minutes), but I did not feel rushed and felt like I was properly attended to. The Warby staff here are definitely one of the friendliest I have encountered (shout-out to Thyme!) and very helpful before and after my exam. I also appreciated that they were not pushy and instead, helped me upload my preferred styles onto my online profile so I could take my time deciding. Location-wise, the store is really easy to find, with great parking, and lots of other fantastic retail options around it. Will definitely be coming back for future exams and glasses shopping!

  I absolutely had the best experience at Warby Parker in Del Mar! Dr. Jacqueline Parrish was exceptional. She is the most thorough optometrist I've ever had. She took the time to explain my eye health in detail, step by step, throughout the exam. She offered very easy preventative therapies I could do at home (especially for dry eye) to assure my best long term eye health. I really appreciated her knowledge sharing nutrition and nutritional supplements to promote excellent eye health specific to my needs. After the exam, Dr. Parrish walked me back into the retail store where some eye glasses were already selected and laid out by their frame specialist that would be the best fit my face structure. It made it so easy (and very reasonable to my surprise!) for me to find a great pair super fast. The whole process was very comfortable and enjoyable! Highly recommend!
