- DDDaniel DavidsonOct 8, 20265.0I came into Warby Parker Del Mar as a visitor from New Zealand to kindly ask for glasses tightening/a clean. Diana was so warm & welcoming and did an exceptional job, and had a good giggle from a brief chat. I was even given a glasses case/cloth for free. The vibe and atmosphere in here is so lovely - I’d absolutely use this optometrist as my regular if I were a local!
- MDMeara DemkoOct 7, 20265.0My daughter and I worked with Diana at the Del Mar Highlands store, and she was wonderful! She was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She made our experience seamless and fun! Thank you Diana.
- RLRuth LundstromOct 6, 20265.0Excellent customer service. Efficient, knowledgeable, and helps customer find what is right for them.
- DPDC ParrSep 30, 20265.0Last year I just brought my prescription to this location to get glasses, but this year I tried the eye exam here and loved it. Dr. Jacqueline Parrish has an exceptional bedside manner, put me at ease right away, and explained every part of the exam thoroughly. The office staff, especially Diana, the office leader, made getting my glasses ordered simple and seamless. I'd recommend this office to anyone who wants care that feels personal and unhurried.
- MLMee Jee LeeSep 21, 20265.0The staff fixed my sunglasses perfectly. They were very friendly and also explained everything about my sunglasses in detail. If you’re looking to buy glasses, I highly recommend this place.
