- CSCaroline SullivanApr 10, 20263.0I'm giving 3 stars because of the consistent kindness and professionalism I have experienced with the pharmacy techs and pharmacists. However, I can't find a fondness for the front clerk. I've tried many times, but I have found my interactions with her to be abrasive and judgemental. Maybe it's me...could be. In my opinion, she would benefit from health-informed care training. There are many walks of life. It would be refreshing to see her treat every individual with the same courtesy as the next. Hoping for the best 🫶

Waited for 15 minutes to get this answer. Young lady behind the counter had absolutely zero personality, borderline rude. Beware if you have out of state Medicare card. Staff has completely changed. Used to be A+. Now F-.

I have several medications which are not commonly prescribed, and Annie goes out of her way to make sure she has them in stock for me. Also, when I needed extra for an extended trip, she called multiple pharmacies all over San Diego (including CVS and Walgreens) to find the supplies for me. Because of this level of service and care, I remain loyal to this Vons pharmacy.
