The transition appears to have created significant disorganization and, unfortunately, a noticeable decline in customer service. On a recent visit to pick up a prescription, I interacted with an employee named Theo. When I approached the counter, he looked at me but did not initiate any greeting or ask how he could help. I stated that I was there for a prescription pickup under the name Blackwell. His response was dismissive and condescending, indicating that he did not know why I was there and implying that I had approached incorrectly. The tone and manner of the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. This experience was not an isolated feeling. Since the merger, there has been a pattern of confusion, delays, and strained interactions with staff. I understand that operational changes can be stressful, but customers rely on pharmacy services for essential healthcare needs. Courtesy, clarity, and professionalism are critical in this setting. I am providing this feedback in hopes that management can address both the service issues and the customer communication standards at this location. I would like to continue using this pharmacy, but the current experience makes that difficult. I’ll be moving my meds to a new location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
