- JBJuliana BrecherMay 10, 20265.0I don’t know why there are so many terrible reviews. My family has used this pharmacy for years, and we have never had a problem. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that is standard for any pharmacy, it just really depends on when you go. Same thing for the phones. Sometimes you wait, but I’ve never experienced them not picking up. If I were to guess, the bad reviews are people calling when they are closed for lunch. Not everything is instant in the age of Amazon, and the staff has always been polite because *I* have always been polite. Food for thought.

Once, they even gave me someone else's prescription. They make so many mistakes it is crazy. Super unprofessional. Also, they are understaffed, so the line moves super slowly. Getting prescriptions here takes forever. I live just a few blocks away, but I now use the pharmacy down the hill. Longer drive, but completely worth it. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!

When they promise you something will be ready in an hour, they're lying. When they tell you they'll call you when your prescription is ready, they're also lying.
