They use high-pressure sales tactics to trap you into a multi-thousand-dollar purchase of non-custom plastic inserts that can cause severe physical pain. They purposely don’t tell you that they have NO REFUND POLICY. When the product fails or hurts you, they hide behind their strict "store credit only" rules and completely ghost you. They even completely refused to answer or respond to my official Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint. However, I have attached a screenshot of another customer’s BBB case directly to this review as absolute proof that they have SHITTY PRODUCTS and shitty customer service. Why are some customers granted refunds while I am being stonewalled and ignored after their product caused me physical distress? This is predatory, highly inconsistent customer service. If you are a consumer looking at this store, save yourself the financial nightmare, they will waste your time. They don’t care about your health they are all about money

I took my mom this past Saturday June 6th and Eva was hands down an amazing guide to us. I was ready to translate everything to my mom but to my surprise Eva’s Spanish was amazing and my mom felt at ease like she was really being heard and her issues addressed properly without feeling frustrated. Eva answered all our questions and took her time to explain everything to us starting with her feet evaluation to why my mother was feeling pain. My mom has had issues for the past year and as soon as she walked around for the first 5min with the arch supports her face immediately changed saying she didn’t feel pain or discomfort and even felt her spine aligning properly. I was so happy to see her walk with confidence and I didn’t think twice about the purchase. We took home the three step system and the cost is beyond reasonable for lifetime assistance and replacements when needed. This goes beyond the extra mile to bring you support to continue your journey towards feet wellness. I’m extremely happy with the purchase as this is a personal investment towards a loved one.
