I had the best experience this morning - this entire team is solid! Jill is an amazing sales associate who I connected with instantly, and since I arrived to my appointment a little earlier she took time to review my benefits and current promotions. I initially had no desire to purchase frames from the store (I'm generally a Warby Parker gal), but by the end of my experience I not only purchased eye glasses but my first pair of prescription sunglasses along with my daily eye contact lenses. Jill and I had lovely conversation and she brings a very human part to the experience, and she recommended frames that looked so great for my face! Cinnamon was also amazing and I told her that she is the perfect person for her job since she made the initial part of the exam feel so comfortable for me. I laughed so much and felt relaxed. Her kindness and gentleness really stood out and she makes even the weird test where they push air into your pupil feel tolerable! Dr. Marbun is also amazing! He was so thorough and patient with me and we discussed so many options for contact lenses to ensure I had a comfortable fit. Usually I feel eye doctors become inpatient with me when they ask "is option 1 better or option 2?" since I usually request we try a few times because let's be honest, I'm there because I can't see and I've been in situations where I've been overprescribed an eye prescription but today my eyes feel great, I'm loving the new lenses I switched to, and I can see better! This team is really lovely and it gives a little boutique feel! I highly recommend for anyone who avoids making these appointments (like I do). I was out of there in less than an hour and the entire team is super efficient, friendly and so polite!
