I was to the point where I needed help getting past my limited range of motion. Fortunately I found Stretch Lab. Alexa has been awesome. The stretching we currently do is far different than what I was able to do when I first started. As I progress she adjusts too. It has been a game changer. My range of motion has gone back to what I could do thirty years ago. I recommend it to all my friends.
