  StretchLab Del Mar provided excellent stretching services, and the stretch therapist I worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. However, I would not use their services again. My primary concerns were with the business side of the operation. The pricing structure felt overly complicated and difficult to understand as well as their explanations of membership options, discounts and policies. I also experienced a significant amount of marketing and promotional communication after becoming a customer. Even though I found the actual stretching sessions beneficial and appreciated the quality of care I received, I would recommend carefully reviewing the pricing and membership details before enrolling.

  StretchLab is awesome!! Seriously the staff is so wonderful to be around and the stretches have helped tremendously with back pain. I had to take a pause with conflicting work schedule but I cannot recommend them enough. Khyla is so welcoming at the front desk and the owner Angie is always a joy to see :)

  I usually have my stretches with Tony and it's like hanging out with a friend while he's trying to make you Gumby. The staff is super friendly. The stretches are painful in a good way, and they listen to what your issues are and try to address them. I've been stretching my posterior chain of my legs to help with my back pain and it's been really helpful.

  I had been suffering from a herniated disk and sciatica pain for nearly a year now. I tried a mix of Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Chiropractic care, but I could not get right - the pain and stiffness would not go way. My pain became so bad, I could not sleep at night for months (literally). Finally a friend told me to try StretchLab where I was connected with Kendra as my flexologist. After only two 50 minute stretch sessions with her (and following the plan she gave me for stretching on my own) I was able to sleep through the night within 2 weeks! Now after only one month, she has me nearly 90% and back to full activities without pain. I cannot say enough great things about Kendra and the Stretchlab team. I could add stars to the review I would. Well worth giving it a try if you are suffering from any type of annoying pain.
