  StretchLab Del Mar provided excellent stretching services, and the stretch therapist I worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. However, I would not use their services again. My primary concerns were with the business side of the operation. The pricing structure felt overly complicated and difficult to understand as well as their explanations of membership options, discounts and policies. I also experienced a significant amount of marketing and promotional communication after becoming a customer. Even though I found the actual stretching sessions beneficial and appreciated the quality of care I received, I would recommend carefully reviewing the pricing and membership details before enrolling.

  StretchLab is awesome!! Seriously the staff is so wonderful to be around and the stretches have helped tremendously with back pain. I had to take a pause with conflicting work schedule but I cannot recommend them enough. Khyla is so welcoming at the front desk and the owner Angie is always a joy to see :)

  Robert is excellent. I like his technique to stretch out muscle groups in my body. It feels great afterward each time 👏👏

  Since I’ve been coming to Stretch Lab and working with Isa, my whole body is doing way better no sore spots range of motions improved dramatically no cramping. I highly recommended John Schroeder.
